Should you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation policy applies:

Reservations are fully refundable, or changeable up to 7 days prior to trip departure. Within that final 7-day window, any changes or cancellations, or no-shows on the trip date, are non-refundable.
We understand that unavoidable delays may happen while travelling to the River Base. However, we do make a commitment to all guests to run our trips on time. If you miss your trip due to a late arrival at the River Base, the trip fares are non-refundable.
If you have purchased cancellation insurance from TuGo or another insurance provider, please refer to the terms of that policy. Some credit card providers have policies in place for losses arising from unforeseen events. Please check with your credit card provider if this insurance policy exists.
As per British Columbia rafting industry safety standards, minimum participant numbers are required for all commercial departures. In the unlikely event that Wild Water Adventures must cancel a trip, either a full refund or an alternate date will be offered.

The following information has been provided by Tugo:
Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance reimburses for non-refundeable unused prepaid travel arrangements, including tours and excursions. Consider this coverage to protect your financial investment, in the event, you’ll need to cancel before your departure or interrupt your trip, due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you can’t see cancelling your travels, but want an economical option to protect you if something unfortunate interrupts your vacation, Trip-Interruption Only is the way to go. This insurance covers non-refundable unused prepaid travel costs, including airfare and tours, after your trip has begun.
Your provincial healthcare plan will cover medical emergencies within Canada, but, it won’t cover everything. Consider Emergency Medical Insurance to protect yourself and your finances.
Travel Within Canada – For out-of-province travel, purchasing this coverage (for just a few dollars a day!) will cover costly expenses that your provincial healthcare won’t cover including air or ground ambulance services, air evacuation, emergency dental services, medical appliances like crutches and wheelchairs, and more. Choose between a Single Trip and a Multi-Trip Annual plan.
Multi-Trip Annual Worldwide – If you’re travelling more than once this year, consider a Multi-Trip Annual policy. With this economical plan, travel within Canada is automatically covered too!
Coverage for COVID-19 is provided reguardless of vaccination status for Canadians travelling within Canada. For travel outside of Canada, coverage for COVID-19 is provided if, before departure, you’ve followed all federal travel vaccine requirements issued by the Government of Canada for entry and/or return to Canada, if there are any.
Visitors To Canada Insurance
With TuGo, you can enjoy your adventure without having to worry about the cost of a medical emergency or illness, including COVID-19. Medical costs are expensive, and you won’t be covered. That’s why the Government of Canada recommends buying Visitors to Canada Insurance before arriving to Canada.
Similar to a life insurance policy, Accidental Death & Dismemberment gives added financial protection. This insurance provides coverage for air flight/ common carrier accident and 24-hour accident coverage for situations that don’t involve a common carrier.
